Transcript Request: writz@sfsd.k12.pa.us	Send an email to Mrs. Ritz, include name while in high school and mailing address where you would like the transcripts sent
Worker Permit Information	Click on the Worker Permit Information link to download a copy of the application from the internet. Once you have completed it, please send to Mrs. Anita Hollenshead at ahollenshead@sfsd.k12.pa.us. She will then mail you the blue worker's permit that you will sign and give to your employer. Make sure you get the original back. They should keep only a copy.
