Allegany College of Maryland - students will receive a 50% tuition discount as an early college student, no matter your home state or county.
Blue Ridge Community and Technical College - tuition is discounted to $25 per credit hour for high school students. Blue Ridge offers certificate programs along with general education credits that students can complete prior to graduating high school. Blue Ridge offers courses in Berkeley Springs during the day that allows our high school students to return to Southern Fulton in time for after school practice or activities. Hagerstown Community College - high school students get a 25% tuition discount on their first 12 college level credits taken while still in high school. If you have a job in Washington County, you may be eligible for a better discount.
PA CareerLink offers many resources for students and adults looking for opportunities after high school. The month of October is Careers in Demand month.
Penn State Mont Alto Medcamp - MedCamp is a popular long running camp, open to students interested in learning more about healthcare and medical careers.
University System of Maryland at Hagerstown - is offering a Bachelor of Science in the Hospitality & Tourism Management Program. This is an exciting career field with an abundance of employment opportunities in the local area and world wide. The program in Hagerstown is a transfer program as they do not offer any general education courses. Those courses are met through AP credit, dual enrollment, classes at the community college, or attending UMES in Princess Anne.
